- Re:Coded is being developed to allow more fans to experience the game

Two additional bits of news have emerged from this year’s E3 concerning the two newest Kingdom Hearts titles, Kingdom Hearts:  RE//Coded and the newly revealed Kingdom Hearts: 3D.  Though not much is known about either of these two games at this point, we have learned that Kingdom Hearts: RE//Coded has been slotted for a Fall 2010 release in Japan.  There’s no word yet concerning a North American or European release, but based on the few screen captures that have been released, we can guarantee that releases outside Japan are part of the plan.

Finally, along with the stunning announcement of a Nintendo 3DS, a fully portable 3D gaming experience without the use of those obnoxious 3D glasses, was the brief mention of a new Kingdom Hearts title for this new system.  Though practically nothing is known about the new title except for its name, Kingdom Hearts: 3D, the few released screen captures suggest that this will be yet another game that fills in holes in the Kingdom Hearts story rather than advancing the story beyond Kingdom Hearts II.  The screen capture shows Sora and Riku in their old Kingdom Hearts clothing, indicating that this game takes place somewhere before Kingdom Hearts II.  Nothing is certain, and we’ll try to keep you as up-to-date as possible, but we’re hoping to hear more about these two new titles soon.

During the Sony Press Conference at this year’s E3, a new, English trailer for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep was revealed.  You can watch the trailer below:

Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep E3 2010 Trailer

The game features the voice talents of Willa Holland as Aqua, Jesse McCartney as Ventus, Richard Epcar as Terra, Leonard Nemoy as Master Xehanort, Mark Hamil as Master Eraqus, Haley Joel Osment as Vanitas, and many more.  The trailer even gives players a sneak peak at the new enemy that was added to the western version of the game.  The only downside seems to be the fact that Square-Enix has apparently moved the US release date for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep back from September 7, 2010 to September 10, 2010, but from the looks of what’s to come, I think we can all wait three more days for this game.

It would appear that all of the rumors have been true, for once.  It seems that Square-Enix is indeed creating a remake of Kingdom Hearts: Coded.  You can check out the details of the game below:

This isnt really new but here’s a heads up on whats coming up with Kingdom Hearts.

There are 3 upcoming Kingdom Hearts games. One will be release this year and another next year. The other title is Kingdom Hearts 3 which is already in the works. It’s development is dependent on Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Kingdom Hearts 3 will be the last of the Xehanort Chronicles so even if Xehanort’s story ends here Sora will still have other adventures.
